The Coronavirus has affected our hardware inventory ordering. As a result, some new orders may experience some delays due to the outbreak of the Coronaviruses. Some new orders could expect an extra two-week delay until the outbreak of the virus has been contained.

The Coronavirus is actually a part of a large family of other viruses that cause illnesses “ranging from the common cold to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome” (WHO). The best prevention for the virus is “regular hand washing, covering the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, [and] thoroughly cooking meat and eggs” (WHO).

Coronaviruses are “zoonotic, meaning they [can be] transmitted between animals and people. Detailed investigations found that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to humans” (WHO).
